Karen has lived in 6 different states and grew up with a lot of house-hunting! Now, a long-time resident of Lexington, Karen has turned her experience as a real estate investor, short-term rental owner, and business owner into a real estate career. Now, she and her husband Chad work as a team at The Brokerage and love helping clients whether they are first-time or seasoned home buyers, sellers, relocating, or investing.
Karen brings experience from prior work in nonprofits, higher education administration, research, and operations to connect with clients from all backgrounds and especially loves working with those who are moving here to work with one of our Kentucky universities.
As a multiracial and multicultural family, Karen, Chad, and their three kids love to travel, eat global cuisine, and connect with people from all backgrounds. She’s always looking for a new local restaurant to try or a community event to check out.
